SUPER GENII, INC., a California corporation (“Super Genii”, “us”, “our” or “we”), is committed to protecting the privacy and information of all users of our products, services and website www.DataMCP.com (the “Site”)(collectively, the “Services”). We recognize the importance of your privacy and take it very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of your information when you use our Services.

By registering for an account with us, you confirm that have read, understood and agreed to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In order to provide the Services, we collect the following types of information from you:

User Provided Information

User provided information (“User Provided Information”) is any information that may be used to identify or contact you personally, such as your name, email address, gender, birth date, phone number, postal or other physical address, company information, and credit card or other billing information. Because of the nature of the Services, we must collect certain User Provided Information during the set-up and registration process, including your name, email address and a valid credit card and billing address or other payment information. You may also provide User Provided Information to us when participating in a survey or poll or when you post a product rating or recommendation or other content on our Site. Whether or not to provide User Provided Information is your choice; however, certain user provided information is required to access and use the Services.

Automatically Collected Information

Automatically collected information (“Automatically Collected Information”) is any information that does not personally identify you. We obtain Automatically Collected Information from information you provide to us, either separately or together with your User Provided Information. We also Automatically Collected Information when you use our Services, using the following methods and technologies:

Cookies: When you visit the Site, we may send one or more "cookies" (small data files) to your computer to uniquely identify your browser and enable us to help you log in faster and generally enhance your navigation through the site. Cookies save you time, for example, if you personalize a web page, or navigate within the Site, a cookie recalls your specific information on subsequent visits. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the Site uses to track the pages you’ve visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A persistent cookie remains on your computer after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. In addition to enhancing the user experience, we may use cookies to track traffic user traffic patterns. We do this to determine the usefulness and efficiency of our Site and its various pages, and to analyze traffic patterns, in order to constantly improve the Site and better serve our customers.

Web Beacons: When you use the Site, we may employ web beacons (small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of websites) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No User Provided Information from your account is collected using these web beacons. In addition, we may also use web beacons in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to analyze the traffic patterns on the Site, such as the frequency with which our user visit carious pages of the Site, which ultimately leads to improvements and better content on the Site.

Log Files: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you use the Site, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

OPT-OUT

We may need to send you information regarding your account, such as service announcements, and you hereby consent to receiving such non-marketing communications and understand that you may not opt-out with respect to such communications unless you cancel your account.

SECURITY

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Please also be aware that we have access to and a right to view all data stored on the servers we provide or maintain in connection with the Services.

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, you may terminate your account in accordance with the Terms of Service. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion.

OTHER SITES

Our Site may contain links to other Websites. Because this Privacy Policy only applies to the Site itself and not linked Websites, you should examine the privacy policy of any other Websites that you access from or through the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other Websites.

HOW TO UPDATE OR CORRECT INFORMATION

You may access, delete inaccuracies, and correct your information at any time by logging into your account and changing the necessary information, or by contacting us. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we change how we use your User Provided Information, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy frequently so you are aware of and understand any changes that we may make.

PUBLIC FORUMS

We may offer chat rooms, message boards, blogs, bulletin boards, or similar public forums where you and other users of our Site can communicate. The protections described in this Privacy Policy do not apply when you provide information (including User Provided Information) in connection with your use of these public forums. We may use User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information to identify you with a posting in a public forum. Any information you share in a public forum is public information and may be seen or collected by anyone, including third parties that do not adhere to this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for events arising from the distribution of any information you choose to publicly post or share through our Site.

CHILDREN

In order to use the Services you must be at least 13 years of age. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services, so this Privacy Policy makes no provision for their use. In the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 within the Site, we will not collect, store or use any User Provided Information of such user. Further, in the event that we receive User Provided Information that we conclude was provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such personal information.
